Therapy for women in Conroe, Texas + virtually throughout Texas
There are moments in life that change the way you see yourself, your relationships, and the future you thought you were building.
Her Haven offers individual therapy for women navigating the complicated, heavy, and deeply personal experiences that can be difficult to carry alone. Sessions are available in person in Conroe and virtually throughout Texas.
Infertility, pregnancy, miscarriage, postpartum changes, identity shifts, and the realities of motherhood can bring grief, anxiety, resentment, isolation, guilt, and emotions that can be difficult to admit when you feel like you’re supposed to be grateful.
Her Haven offers support through all stages of motherhood and the many transitions that come with building and tending to a family. Mothers are welcome to bring infants up to one year old to sessions when needed.
Motherhood doesn’t always begin or unfold the way we imagined.
Therapy can offer a place to process betrayal, infidelity, divorce, relationship wounds, broken trust, and the complicated emotions that come with losing the future you thought you were building. Together, we can make space for what happened while beginning to understand what you need moving forward.
When trust has been broken, relationships change — and so can the way you see yourself and the world around you.
Therapy can help you explore identity, self-worth, body image, boundaries, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and the beliefs that have shaped the way you see yourself. This work isn’t about becoming someone completely different. It’s about reconnecting with the person who may have gotten buried underneath everyone else’s expectations.
When you spend years being what everyone else needs, it can become difficult to know what you need.
Maybe you’re entering a new chapter, grieving the one that ended, or realizing that the life you’re living no longer feels like the life you want. Therapy gives you space to slow down, make sense of what’s changing, and begin deciding what comes next. Support is available for grief, major life changes, new chapters, difficult seasons, and the uncertainty that often exists between who you were and who you’re becoming.
Some seasons don’t come with a roadmap.
If you’re always the one people rely on, it can become easy to ignore your own limits until you feel depleted, resentful, guilty, or disconnected from yourself. Therapy can help you address caregiver stress, emotional exhaustion, boundaries, guilt, resentment, and the pressure of always being needed.
You can love the people you care for and still be exhausted by caring for them.
One-on-one support tailored to your experiences, needs, and goals.
